Working closely with lighting and interior designers, as well as architects, we supply high-end solutions that blend in with and support architectural concepts. Our headquarters are located in Austria with a number of subsidiaries and production facilities throughout the world. Our office in Warsaw was established in 2012. Due to our continuous success we are now further expanding our team in order to provide the best possible service to our clients and further grow of our business we are currently looking for : Customer Support Engineer The successful applicant will work closely with the team on existing and upcoming lighting projects, and assist in day-to-day enquiries. His or her work and input will also be vital in securing new projects by assisting architects, lighting and interior designers when working on XAL related projects. Main responsibilities will include: Preparing and handling quotes for XAL products Dealing with technical enquiries from specifiers and installers Handling product-related enquiries from our clients Giving on-site support with XAL products installation and handling on-site claims Working closely with the Austrian based technical team Working independently on new lighting projects Creating lighting plans together with designers and architects We are looking for a candidate with: An education and background in electrical engineering and lighting Knowledge of AUTOCAD, and ideally RELUX / DIALUX Knowledge of Microsoft office and ideally an ERP system like MS AX Understanding of the building industry Confidence in dealing with clients Willingness to learn Capability of working independently An interest in design and architecture A creative and open mind Advanced English skills After an intense training period in our XAL PL office that will familiarise the successful candidate with XAL’s products and the work environment, there will be also a technical training in our Austrian headquarters.
